1. Phone call interview- they asked current job profile, why leaving current job, why you want to join Amdocs, whether you are proficient in excel or not. Pivots, v lookup, formulas etc.

It was good, asked mostly bss related questions. Different line of businesss worked on like mobile - prepaid/postpaid, fixed line with 2p/3p.
