The interview are positions based and purely technical and at a very detail level. It was telephonic interview. The interview touched upon all the subject area mentioned in the job profile. As it was a contract position for a client , I was informed of the result the next day and was told where I need to brush for the client interview.

Technical questions followed by a design scenario with the intention of understanding the candidate's level of experience in solutioning. Afterwards, the interview becomes a little more relaxed with the opportunity of the candidate to ask questions.

Very ambiguous recruiting process.
Doesn't seem to know what the role is about.
Recruiter doesn't understand the candidates background.
Phone interview was conducted, simple questions, then proceed to next steps.
