applied online, got call from HR for scheduling interview after a month. Waste of time because after giving all rounds, discussing salary and sharing docs for offer processing, the HR came replied saying your skills does not match the requirements that too after multiple follow-up mails.

I wait for the feedback for 2 months almost 3 at the end the requirements of the position changed dramatically from a Senior Nodejs to a React/React Native
