I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amdocs (Mumbai)
Interview
I was hired on campus and the interview process entailed a test on pseudo language where the rules of the language are explained to your before hand and then a series of questions are asked and you have to use that language to solve the problems.
there were tests on Java and C++ which we were exempt from as it was not part of our curriculum at that point .
I was asked mostly on what I studied at Uni and what my fav subjects were and then some related questions. the weirdest one was about my love for reading non-fiction and a detailed discussion on a grisham novel.
I think amdocs mostly was looking for confidence and learning ability at that point.
