Amdocs usually recruit the people via their recognized consultancies, heard they do campus drives as well but not really sure. In 2007, the pattern of recruitment was as below :
--> Get call from Amdocs authorised consultancy for online exam
--> Online exam will be conducted at consultancy premises, exam comprises of below content.
:: Aptitude / problem solving
:: PL/SQL
:: Core Java
:: Basic Unix
--> Once selected, you will be called for personal rounds of technical interview [one or two would be there] on same day / other day of online test
--> HR round -- formal interview about your previous exp, salary, educational qualifications, some personal questions [to check inter personal skills
--> Offer letter would be send after a week of HR interview.

Online Test: It included Unix, java objective and coding questions, Logical Reasoning.

Very easy and comfortable, they will ask you very basic questions. Mostly the questions are to scripting and SQL.
If you are experienced then they will be asking you abt your projects

1 online aptitude- rs agarwal is sufficient.it also includes basic c output and sql questions
2 technical round- basic algorithms like searching and sorting
1 mangerial round asking basic personality questions and about previous experirnce and project.
