I met the HR, the girl I was replacing (due to maternity leave) and the FD of the Business Unit. The decision was made very quickly. I wanted to move quickly and within just a few days I was in the job as they left the recruitment to the last minute. Dispite the fact they said there was support in the job, there was no real support finally.
