Easy process. Someone from Human Resources called me and then set me up on site with an interview. They asked if I can update my resume to show my current employment.

Interview with plant manager, drug test/background check, took about two days. Then orientation very typical hiring process. Things have changed since their are new Human Resources roles. Be willing to work 12 hours and stand for majority of it.
