I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2020
Interview
One of the most brutal interviews I've ever had. Its nice that their system is very structured (every candidate asked the same questions, format is the same for all candidates, all questions relate to leadership principles), but over the course of 6 hours, I was offered one tiny 8 ounce bottle of water, and that was it. It was emotionally exhausting. Good thing is that the process was super fast - from phone screener to offer was only about 3 weeks.

Two day process with several interviewees a day. Fun to speak to some interesting people at the company, and some interesting questions about historic working and thought processes. Overall very positive experience - and would recommend.
