I believe the process is two phone interviews followed by an on-site. Never got to on-site, however, did have to phone interviews. One was by a former entrepreneur who asked relevant questions pertaining to Why AMZN? Why Seattle? If we wanted to decrease the price of Amazon Prime by $20 what would you take into account? Second interview caught me off guard with more consulting questions re: how would you project sales, how would you identify if we didn't have a product.
