Explain a process you created to manage design milestones in a product cycle
Fair assessment. Around 5 rounds total from recruiter phone screen. They keep you informed of what they expect from each round. There’s about 3 phone screens, and if you pass those, you would be invited for the onsite, where you’ll do the whiteboard challenge and a portfolio review.

First, I got the recruiter phone call about the role, salary expectation, interview process.
Then a phone interview with the hiring manager about behavioral questions, based on the Leadership Principles.
Then a phone interview to walk through a design project.
Finally will do Virtual Onsite.
