I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Bengaluru) in Mar 2017
Interview
I gave the interview at Bengalure Office. It basically has 5 rounds.
1. HR round.
2. Pearson test.
3. Versant round.
4. Ops 1
5. Ops 2.
It's to be noted that all rounds are elimination round. HR round is mass elimination. They want to know if you can actually have a proper conversation in english. Person test is tricky. They want to know your logical flow. One has to be very clear about one's thought process as this test is highly diabolical and will leave you confused. Versant is easy. Basically have to talk to a bot in the computer (in my case). Ops 1 was good for me. They want to know how you think if you are facing a tough situation. Also, they want to know for how many days you want to work in Amazon. Never ever say that you want to go for full time courses. They will reject you. Ops 2 was rough for me. The manager wanted me to say out loud that I will leave Amazon like my previous office. But you have to be stubborn and not let him win. Also, he asked tricky questions to know how dedicated I will be in my work. We basically were having a debate. Be firm about your answers and don't be confused, they'll understand and throw more confusing questions at you.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad)
Interview
First stage is the jam round where you have to speak for a minute about any topic. Don't mug up something, speak fluently and confidently.
Then you have the versant test and Watson test.
Last round is the operational round where you'll be interviewed by a couple of managers. The managers who interviewed me were very chill and didn't give me a tough time.
HR at Amazon is probably the worst you'll experience, just be ready for them, the are too uptight, rude and don't bother about your experience. Interview process is tedious, they'll make you wait for hours between two rounds.

Interview
There will be 5 rounds
1. Jam
2. Versant
3. W&G test
4. Manager
5. HR
Interview was very easy, u can crack it easily. And HR was very cool. Mostly they will ask situation based questions and based on the resume. Go through ur resume before going. For W&G test u need to have analytical thinking.
