I was a campus hire for year 2017 My interview was during Dec 2016 It was of 4 Rounds 1st round was JAM session 2nd round was a logical reasoning and analysis type quiz 3rd round was a versant test 4th round was a discussion with the Manager 1st round was fairly simple given that you talk confidently with usage of good language. The 2nd round was a round which was neither easy nor a tuff one, it required you to read and think properly without confusing yourself. 3rd round is also fairly simple if your english language and communication is good. 4th round is a bit of luck and smartness. Know the details about the company and the role you've applied for. Don't try to be too pleasing and be cool and casual. Be convincing and truthful with your answers. It all depends on what kind of a person your interviewer is.

It was a series of 4 rounds. First was to test communication skills, second was to test basic group discussion, third was logical reasoning and fourth was HR and negotiation.
