Amazon Transaction Risk Investigation interview questions

On that day nearly 1000+ students have appeared for the interview and it took nearly 4 hours for me to enter into the first round which is JAM.The job is for experienced as well as freshers and I am a fresher. When we entered the room where JAM is taking place the H.R who is very friendly asked us to introduce about ourselves and later he personally asked each one of us various questions to test our communication skills. 22 people are there including me, nearly 7 people are experienced and remaining are freshers. Most of the people are feeling it difficult to speak in English nearly 8-10 have answered well. On completing he said that only one is selected and we are sorry you all are rejected better try next time after six months and the one who is selected is with experience but he is the one who feels it difficult to speak in english. He hasn't answered the questions properly and yet he is selected which is a big shock for us.

The interview process was of five rounds: 1. Personal Interaction round 2. Grammar test 3. Online test based on critical reasoning 4. Versant test 5. HR interview 1. In the PI round the communication skills were tested by asking questions like "tell me about yourself" or "hobbies", on to talk on any topic. The largest elimination happens in this round. Communication, pronunciation and grammar are very important. It takes 5mins. 2. Grammar test: In this round, grammar is tested in written form based on articles,pronouns etc.. It is a MCQ format. The questions are easy. It has a time limit of 10mins. 3. Online test: This round is tricky. In this round critical reasoning is tested in an online exam of 30 minutes. It is also MCQ format. But, clearing this round is hard. 4. Versant test: This round is easy for the people who are well aware of different accents in the world. In this round, there are different sections such as: a. Reading the given sentences as per given in the sheet b. Repeated the sentences which would be said in different accents c. Summarizing a story of 4 lines as asked d. choose the correct answer This round is assessed by a computer and it is a telephonic round. But, on the other side of line will be a computer generated voice, which will be hard to understand. 5. HR interview: This is easy. The basic questions are asked tell me about yourself, hobbies, why amazon, what do you know about TRMS, are you comfortable with night shifts, what do you know about amazon etc. Never ever sound as if you don't want the job or planning to leave in few years. They will reject in the final round without question.
