Interview
First a phone screen then a day of interviews - six 1-hour interviews, each with one interviewer (and sometimes another person shadowing them). You get a list of the leadership principles in advance, then in the interviews you need to talk about situations in the past where you've displayed those leadership principles. (Don't wear a suit - jeans and t-shirt are de rigueur).
