Interviewer seemed very disinterested from the beginning which put me on the back foot immediately. No effort was made to put me at ease (of course this isn't a requirement but definitely helps get the best out of an interviewee). Asked very broad questions that were not linked to my experience, didn't sound like they had read my CV at all. Interview was scheduled for 60 mins but was over within 25 mins before questions after a very unenthused interview. Easily the worst interview I've been a part of for a very very long time. I'm writing this straight after the interview so don't know if I've been successful but if I am then the process is truly laughable.
