I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Berlín) in Nov 2019
Interview
The process started with some online assessments, and an amazing simulation for a behavioural interview.
Then two phone interviews, that were fairly easy.
What I like about the processes is that it went so fast, and that I received the offer only two days after the interviews.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Count the occurrence of a target number in a sorted array
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Starter off with a three-part online assessment consisting of a bugfix test, two simple algorithm coding challenges, and a virtual work simulator with an ending IQ like test. Totaling around 3.5 hours worth of online tests.
I was then scheduled for two interviews of one hour each. During these interviews, the interviewers pretty clearly read up from a script with little to no feedback or interactions regarding the questions. Some of the questions also felt quite out of place for the experience I had listed on the resume. Continuing on I was asked to complete some pretty standard tree-structure and optimization-based algorithm questions.
