I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2022
Interview
Very quick and easy process. Was asked to do a programming exam, and then a behavioral exam which simulated different office situations using video clips and asked how you would handle a specific situation. After that, I was offered an interview and a few days later I got rejected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Besides the normal interview questions, such as tell me about yourself or tell me about a time where you could've done more to work as a team, there were also technical programming questions. 2 on a pre-screening exam and 1 during the interview, all three were very tough. Even though I only passed half the test cases on the pre-screening test, I was still offered an interview, but I couldn't solve the problem during it at all and wasn't offered a job afterwards.
Two rounds of online assessments. The first one is coding assignment. The second one is workplace based, where you debug codes and react to scenarios. And one final technical and behavioral interview
It involved an automated interview process - iirc you take 3 tests online - answering coding questions, etc, and the third or fourth stage in the process is an interview with a person.
