I interviewed for a Software Engineer position at Amazon and the process was well-structured and thorough. The overall experience followed Amazon’s Leadership Principles closely and focused heavily on problem-solving, coding, and behavioral questions. The process started with an online assessment that included data structures and algorithms questions along with a short work-style/behavioral section. After passing the assessment, I was invited to a virtual onsite (loop) consisting of multiple back-to-back interviews.
