Interview process took about a month. Included a phone screen and a four-hour onsite covering LeetCode-style coding, leadership principles, and system design. Process was structured and thorough, though intense. Interviewers were professional and focused throughout.
Firstly there were 2 rounds of classic LeetCode questions, one round of Amazon Leadership Principles. Asked you to tell a story about scenarios where you showed one of the LPs.
