I applied in mid-April and received the open assessment toward the end of the month. I’m pretty sure I got everything right on the OA and did well on the LPs, but I’ve been completely ghosted since then. Oh well.
Technical questions were pretty bull, nowhere near practical or reflective of the actual job you'll be doing while working there if employed by the company at the location specified. The other half of the assessment was pretty confusing, it felt very subjective and hard to know what the "right" answers to the questions were
