Interview
1. Resume Screening:
The initial step involves submitting your resume and having it reviewed by a recruiter or hiring manager to assess if your qualifications match the job requirements.
2. Recruiter Call:
If your resume is shortlisted, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the role, your background, and potentially schedule further interviews.
3. Assessments:
Depending on the role, you might be required to complete online assessments, which could include coding challenges, personality tests, or other job-related tasks.
4. Phone Screen(s):
These screens are usually conducted by a recruiter or hiring manager and may involve both behavioral and technical questions, often using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to assess your past experiences.
5. Interview Loop:
This is a series of interviews, often conducted on the same day, where you'll meet with multiple Amazon employees to evaluate your skills and experience.
