I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Jul 2025
Interview
Round1: BQ*4
Round2:Code*1(Discussion)
Round3:BQ*2+Code*2
In Round1, I was asked some common questions, such as how I handle tasks outside my responsibilities and how I deal with negative feedback. Round2 seems like a bar raiser. I was asked about a variation of a data structure, specifically involving a hierarchical architecture.
Round3 was friendly. Common BQ questions and easy/medium code questions.

Interview
Amazon's SDE interview process includes an online assessment, recruiter screen, technical phone interviews, and a final onsite loop with coding, system design, and behavioral rounds. Emphasis is placed on data structures, algorithms, and Amazon’s Leadership Principles. A Bar Raiser ensures high hiring standards. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.
