-a little tough. starts off with online assessment of two coding questions in any language you choose, along with a amazon simulation. after 2 parts, there was another final interview with behavioral and coding question
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
One screener, one online technical assessment, one online workstyle assessment (and one final interview, but I didn't make it that far). Screener was great, technical OA was great, workstyle assessment was a mess.

Question 1
Screener was pretty relaxed, though they did ask one critical thinking problem (not difficult, just a preliminary "how do you solve problems" thing). Technical OA was two LC easies. Workstyle assessment was inscrutable. Make sure you never select the option to schedule a meeting with a real human at the company. They hate that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
I cannot pass the phone interview round. I cannot answer Behavioral Questions clearly because I cannot understand the question (I'm not good at English & don't understand some vocab). About Technical Questions, I stuck with the requirement. It took time and the interviewer helped me til I can understand it.

Tell me about a time when you gave a simple solution to a complex problem.
