Applied online. Then coding challenge, work-style assessment, phone interview, and 4-hour onsite. Each interview consists of Leadership principles and a brief background/past project conversation, followed by a coding question. Problems were different from classic leetcode questions, most of them include small system design parts, even if I interview for a junior role.
