I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon in Jul 2020
Interview
I've done two attempts. One, I talked with a recruiter and did the online assessment, and didn't pass. Two, I talked to another recruiter, got matched with a manager for a specific req opening. (Their system for scheduling and interviewing was well organized). They sent prep materials well ahead of the phone interview. I prepared for the non-code portions, and almost none of it was brought up. The code portion of the interview went smooth. Overall the interview was fairly normal considering how lengthy and detailed the prep material appears.
Relatively straightforward coding exam which I made a mess of. Anyone with a decent understanding an / or computer science education should be relatively confident taking this. 2nd stage consists of two questions and gives you 70 mins.
