Interview
Initial Online Assessment for checking the technical skills and a small section for behavior. Then 1-on-1 phone screen with a technical recruiter. Lastly a 1 hour long interview with a senior technical person.
Started with an email that linked to an online assessment. Takes about 2 hours with 2 programming questions and reviewing efficiency of solutions.
After passing that did a phone interview that was getting to know me more and reviewing my resume and past work experience.
