Interview
This was a university recruiting. A panel of 4 people came to the university. First we had a screening round in which each candidate was interviewed with one interviewer from the panel. In that each one was give one algorithm/design question. First we need to discuss our idea or design with the interviewer then he asks us to code it up in our the language we are comfortable with.
After you clear that we had another three similar rounds with the rest of the three people from the panel.

Just for the summer internship. Two phone interview in the same day. The host gave a short introduction about their positions. The programming question is quite easy. One is the basic logical/programming question in Java, another is about the OO.
