They were really diligent and helpful throughout the process, and bought me the plane ticket and the room in Seattle for the final interview. I had 3 telephone interviews before I got a reject. All 3 were technical as expected. Interviews covered almost all parts of software development-- OOD, Design Patterns questions, OS conxcepts, DB concepts.
Be confident and do not bluff( its like digging your own grave). Be thourough with OOD. Scripting language knowledge very helpful. Also if you have worked in Linux then it is helpful.
