Interview
The interview has 3 rounds: 1) a HackerRank, 2) "work simulation" to test leadership qualities, and 3) interview with a person. The in-person interview could be behavioral or coding, or a mix of both. I got a purely coding interview, with just one question where I explained my thought process as I solved it.
