Question 1
In the behavioral part I was asked about a situation when I had to get out of my comfort zone, then as follow-up questions I was asked what I learned from the experience and what I could have done better. In the tech part, the first task was to merge 2 sorted arrays, and the second one was a rather simple dynamic programming problem on an array.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Chennai) in Nov 2023
Interview
I recently had an online interview with Amazon on Chime for 1 hour. The interview began with introductions, and we swiftly moved into live coding. Two questions of medium difficulty were presented. What stood out to me was the interviewer's exceptional patience and helpfulness throughout the session. They provided valuable guidance, patiently walked through the problems, and were genuinely supportive. The interviewer's commitment to creating a positive and collaborative environment made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a focused and engaging session.
