Interview
First I had to perform an online test, then 2 phone interviews, then I got invited in Milan for a full day of interviews. The interviewers all used the STAR approach and they all mad ethe classical questions "tell me when you had problems with your boss" or " tell me when you have been innovative" and this sort of stuff. They also proposed an excel based case study on elasticity of various articles. In the end I was not positively impressed by this type of assessment, it is very stereotyped and unflexible. If you have not been innovative in your past job it doesn't mean you cannot be a good employee. It's a very american way of conducting interviews
