I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
4 interviews by phone with 4 different people. Then they booked a travel with paid expenses to Seattle, and in there i had an exhaust interview process with 5 people. Then at the end you get the interview from your " boss"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What price would you set to a XX product in ZZ country.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Oxford, Inglaterra) in Feb 2014
Interview
Online numerical test followed by first round of interviews with three separate interviews lasting 30-45 minutes each, and a second round of the same. The questions are behavioural, i.e. tell me a time you did x. Themes in the interview included using data to make decisions, managing ambiguity, leadership, and customer focus. The interviewers were also generous in providing information about the role and working at Amazon, including an honest depiction of challenges and day-to-day.

Question 1
They also seemed genuinely interest in my background and experiences. Be well prepared for answers as they do go into detail about achievements, what you did, barriers overcome, etc. Also, be sure to have lots of examples for each scenario as similar questions came up with different interviewers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Same as mentioned many times here. Conceptual questions, historical examples of difficult / challenging behavioral situations. Over and over and over again. No assessment of skills, ability to lead or focus on any prior people management experience. New team within Amazon and job scope was extremely vague. No feedback at end of process is my only gripe, would have been constructive for Amazon to provide this after taking up 2 days of your time with travel etc for the full day of interviews.
