Amazon Senior Vendor Manager interview questions

After the CV selection. I was provided with an Online Assessments of 1 hour which had work simulation and work style questions. Then I had an online interview with the head of the department which was followed by a final individual interviews with three team members of the department and another member from different department.All of the interviews were between 45 -60 minutes duration.

The interview is straight forward. They usually ask you to give examples from your past experiences to understand how your experience and approach to the business problems are aligned with Amazon LEadership Principles. These principles are public, can be found online. It is important to structure the answers with STAR approach (Situation-Task-Action-Result) and provide data points to support your case.
