Amazon Senior Project Manager interview questions

My phone interview experience was very poor. The first phone interviewer and the second phone interviewer said different things about the position. I was talking along the line I heard from the first interviewer but I felt it didn’t match the second interviewer’s expectation. Oh did I tell you my second interviewers said they were just hired three months ago?

First interview directly with the hiring manager. He asked about my general motivations: Which are your motivations to join Amazon? and asked clarification about my past experience. He asked about some situations in my past work experience in relation with the job requirements. He asked about some examples in my past experience related with the job requirements. The second interview was with the Technical Lead. He asked about some situations in my past work experience in relation with the job requirements.
