I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Submitted an application through Amazon's job portal. The interview process took several weeks, including an online assessment, leadership principle-focused discussions, and case studies on product sense. The Bar Raiser interview was intense. Received detailed feedback and an offer a week later. Supportive recruiters throughout the challenging process.

Question 1
Which of our Leadership Principles do you resonate with the most and why?
Slow and time consuming, the process was a drag and they emailed me a lot of times just to be able to give me a slot. Slow and time consuming, the process was a drag and they emailed me a lot of times just to be able to give me a slot.

Question 1
Past experience What was your role? What issues did you face?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Madrid) in Jan 2021
Interview
I passed 2 rounds of interviews for a remote position. All went good, I passed each time to the next round. Then came the hiring manager interview. After 1 minute we figured that he was looking for someone to work locally with office presence, and he was located in a totally different country. We both wondered why we were having that conversation. Somehow bad internal communication, which as a result made me, and them, lose time for nothing.

Question 1
The 2 rounds I passed they asked nothing crazy, all quite standard. The first one was a broad screening, the second one a typical HR interview fir such a position. The third one lasted just one minute of small talk: until we realized that, while leaving in different countries I was not planning to move and he needed someone over there.
