Amazon Senior Program Manager interview questions

I applied for this role online in Sep 2022. Recruiter contacted me and sent me an online assessment; passed the assessment and then went through five virtual interviews in two days.

Four 1-hour interviews were conducted by four unique interviewers. The questions asked were situational and I was advised to use the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method in answering. The recruiter prepared me for this style with enough time to thoroughly prepare for the interview.
