I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Overall the interview process was pleasant but it is long. I virtually met with 5 interviewers for a one hour interview over the course of two days. One of the interviewers was shadowed by an interviewer-in-training. Amazon interviewers use behavorial based questions and the STAR method to calibrate candidate (interviewee) responses.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Arlington, VA) in Sep 2022
Interview
A 45-minute phone interview started with a self-introduction by both myself and the interviewer, followed by two case questions related to previous work projects. The interviewer delved into the details based on the responses, and each question took around 10 minutes.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
It's like speaking to a robot. The interviewer had no personality and could not answer the most basic questions about the position. It was obvious during the interview that Amazon is not a fit for what I look for in a company.
