Multi-layer interview process. A candidate needs to be a bit robotic in their answers and follow STAR methodology (which is communicated beforehand). You could have several interviews for one role, which is fine, but sometimes it takes months.

They were very straight to the point and gave straight answers. They seemed nice and cordial but when asked about diversity policies they looked caught off guard. They weren't able to give me a straight forward answer.
