Never even spoke to a person it was all online. The whole process was done through emails. The first few days of training was also online. This was an extremely easy process.
All good in interviews woke done and it’s was not that hard very easy go online and do interviews and answer all the question be ready to answer all the width on
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2021
Interview
The entire process took 4 months consisting of 8 hours of interviews and case studies. For a junior role this seemed excessive. The communication from the HR and recruitment team was poor. I received no feedback on the final round after chasing multiple members of staff on a weekly basis. I was additionally asked to book entire days off of work to interview, only for two rounds to be cancelled the day before and rescheduled 3 weeks later! Not to mention all 7 people I interviewed with were men interestingly. Overall, the experience was appalling.
This is not a company I would ever choose to work for now having gone through this interview process. It's clear you're a number to them, not a person.
