Amazon SDE intern interview questions

The SDE Intern had an online coding test with two DSA questions and 40 mins of scenario-based behavioral questions (choose best which is you). The technical interview (45–60 mins) included two coding problems where interviewer emphasized optimal solutions (e.g., binary search over hashmaps) and clear explanations of approach, complexity, and edge cases. Each round was eliminatory.

The interview was really good — I enjoyed sharing my thoughts and experiences. The questions were engaging and made me think deeply. It felt comfortable and positive throughout. Overall, it was a nice experience to give and I learned too.
