Amazon Robotics interview questions

Asked general interview questions/phone interview. I was asked what I look for in company as well as management. Why did the job ad attract me? Was I proficient in Microsoft Office? Talked a lot about work environment. They also mentioned event planning and being the face of the office. It wasn't a very long interview and it was on the phone. They did mention a lot that there was room for growth and ability to see how different departments work. They were very flexible with the time that we had the phone interview as I was working at the time. When they called I was just arriving home from work and they offered me the option of calling back in 5 min so that I was able to get settled and talk. Very friendly, seemed to emphasize work environment and experience,

I got an interview through a referral. The phone interview was technical core java skills, coding problems such as reverse a linked list and fizzBuzz. The "in person" interview was tough. People were intimidating. Asked several coding problems BST, design a library. A lot of behavioral questions such as how did you deal with a problem, customer case, change of course during a project blah blah. They made me nervous. I could have done better but the manager was especially not nice. Got a call saying they found others who were technically better.
