Amazon Robotics interview questions

Fast but not really collaborative. They know what they want and they almost want someone that is a cookie cutter for their business. Asked good question but didn't lead in to understand the candidate and how I can adapt and do well. Very short sighted.

The Hiring manager was really friendly during the whole process. Questions included general things about Robotics and sketching out the solution for a manipulation task. Overall the interview was quite enjoyable. Concluded with some amazon values questions.
