Several Phone Interviews, never made it to on-site
Praised me for having a broad skillset, said they want more generalists and they have a lot of problems with hyper-specialists not knowing how to connect the pieces of a project together, then told me I wasn't a good fit for their team because they needed focused subject matter experts.

Interview
I had two technical phone interviews. The questions were mix of optimization, queuing theory and simple programming questions. After the first interview (for which the feedback was very positive) I had a second interview. I got a rejection notice one week later.

Math test, and video interview. The video interview would present a question where you had 60seconds to prepare, then you have 3minutes to present your answer. The math test was, reading data and answering questions about the data. Simple calculations +/- , multiplication/division
