Amazon Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

The interview process was difficult but positive. Everyone I spoke to was very responsive, supportive and friendly. They were able to answer a lot of my questions so make sure to come prepared to ask any questions you may have.

The entire process was finished within a week. The questions were all based on the leaderhship principles esp on customer obsession and bias for action. They also had a written test for me, which i found it very easy and completed in less than 20 mins (45 mins). Also the HM gave a very good overview of the role to understand what i am landing into.
