Interview at Amazon (panel) is not hard in terms of questions but they would expect you to share your previous experiences in a smart manner, meaning including the significance in terms of numbers and benefit which I think is very much appropriate for the job role and the experience requirement.

It was hard , you need be well prepared for the interview as they use leadership principles questions and you have to support your answers with examples from your past experience.
