I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (Nueva Delhi) in Jul 2021
Interview
Five rounds. One hr and rest business. Mostly situation based. Have to be very thorough while answering. Need to be consistent across rounds. Hr round was the last one - challenging but great
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Screening, loop, it was very long and a lot of questions based on leadership principle. Process hollow and without interest. Went through all of it, got a low ball offer and refused.
The Amazon interview process is the best out there. The questions are structured and to the point. Love the experience but seems like it is changing based in some reviews.
