I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2020
Interview
Pillpack- I was referred by a friend when I moved to AZ by a friend. 2 weeks later. they scheduled a phone screen with a hiring manager.
Phone screen: 1 week
On-site interview(1.5 months after) with 5 people 45min each. The questions were pretty Amazon Principles type. make sure you have stories for at least 5-8 Amazon principles. the interview was great, to be honest. It started from 8:30 am to 1 PM. Lunch was provided. this was for Pillpack. There were other 4 candidates ( I assume they came from other states to interview for that position).
Final Decision: I was told 3 days later that I was not selected. but the team enjoyed talking to me.
Honestly, I love pillpack and this was my first onsite with Amazon. There are plenty of other opportunities and I am sure I will be back. I was certain this time would for me but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I am confident about the next opportunity and also the people I talked to at Pillpack. I am sure the decision was taken unanimously. Hopefully, I will be able to join the team soon.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
It started with a phone interview, which described the role and they learned about my experience and interests. They asked a few questions using the STAR method and it was an overall pleasant experience. The second interview was also a phone interview, except with more senior staff, and followed the same structure.
