Interviewer was condescending and I could tell a few minutes in to the interview she was not interested in me. Which was fine because the role turned out to not be a good fit. You'd just think a company like Amazon would want to protect their brand a bit more.

1. An hour-long work simulation, which required answering multiple choice questions on how I would handle specific situations, based on reading a series of mock emails and chat messages 2. An hour-long phone interview with the manager After these three rounds, I was informed I would not be moving forward in the process, and that because of "Amazon policy" they could offer no specific feedback, which is a frustrating and unfair policy considering the amount of time spent to prepare and go through the process to this point.
