I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I applied online and was later contacted by a recruiter. I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager who put me forward to have an additional phone screen with a team member. Following the two screens I went through the "loop" which consisted of 6 (45min) back to back interviews. Interviewers were all nice though the recruiter did a poor job with communication (would take several days to respond to emails) which dragged the process on, and misled me as to the nature of the loop (said there would be no technical questions and one interview was purely technical).
