I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2021
Interview
My interviewer was a blue-haired woman who described herself as a "birthing person". Being a straight white male and a veteran--I knew I had ZERO chance of getting past her. An absolute nightmare of a job interview. She declined to move me further in the process within 5 minutes of the end of my interview with her. Really disappointed in Amazon.

Very templated and looking for specific answers. Not super relevant. Employees weren’t actually with the team so we’re disconnected. People didn’t actually seem like they liked working there. How many more words do you need to get to 30? Is it this many? Or is it more?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Nashville, TN) in Jul 2021
Interview
